Tom Birmingham
Mr. Birmingham brings to SiriusWorks and FA&OWorks more than three decades of experience in retained executive search, corporate project staffing and human capital consulting. He was most recently responsible for major account development and relationship management across Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company's global regions of North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. He also led Futurestep's Recruitment Process Outsourcing business globally.
Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Birmingham was President of Venture Search Partners, an international human capital consulting subsidiary of R. D. Raab & Company in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. There, he was active in conducting searches at levels ranging from middle management to the C-suite for the mid-market and "Global 1000." He was also involved in the planning and execution of large, mission-critical workforce staffing initiatives involving between 200 to 2,500 positions.
Earlier, Mr. Birmingham served as a Talent Management Consultant to industry executives on organizational and workforce planning/transition issues, specializing particularly in high growth companies.
His experience has focused on multiple verticals with leading public and private sector organizations such as the SEC, Nokia, Volkswagon of America and SAP America. Earlier in his career, Mr. Birmingham held senior HR roles at Cullinet Software, Digital Equipment Corporation and SAP America.
Mr. Birmingham graduated from St. Joseph's University with a Bachelor's Degree in English.
