Kenneth E. Davis
Since 1999 Ken has served Bank of North Georgia as Senior
Vice President in Corporate Banking with specific
responsibility to establish and grow the Bank's presence
throughout GA.
Ken had previously served SouthTrust Bank as a Middle
Market Team Leader and was named Group Vice President and
Regional Manager for the Northeast Atlanta Commercial
Group. His responsibilities included new business
development efforts for credit and non-credit products
and services as well as hiring and managing a group of
lenders and administrative support team.
Ken Davis began his banking career after graduating from
Wake Forest University and serving six years in the United
States Army. Ken initially joined Bank South as a
commercial lender in the retail banking group where he
also held lending positions in the Middle Market Corporate
Banking Division. While at Bank South, Ken received his
Certified Cash Manager designation.

Tim Geiken
Tim was the Vice President of Electronic Commerce for United Parcel Service
from 2000 until June of 2002. Tim was responsible for marketing strategy
and activities supporting electronic commerce solutions. Tim played the lead
role in the global information marketing strategy development and delivering
new services and solutions through strategic alliances and Internet-based
tools, applications and wireless access. He had responsibility for UPS shipping
systems, information solutions and the family of UPS.com Web sites, including
content, functionality and language for more than 100 individual country sites.
Tim was also responsible for aligning UPS's business processes and product
offerings to add value to UPS customers business processes. With this
foundation, UPS met its goal of acting as a facilitator of commerce - a
physical and virtual link in customers' supply chains.
Prior to being named to his position in the fall of 2000, Tim had been in
Corporate Marketing since 1999 with focused attention on building UPS's retail
presence including UPS Letter Centers, The UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet
Program, the acquisition of Mail Boxes Etc. and the strategic alliance with
Office Depot. Mr. Geiken negotiated the agreement and managed the national
deployment of more than 800 Office Depot retail-shipping counters.
Tim was a member of the board of the Center for eBusiness @ MIT from 1999
until 2002. The Center for eBusiness @ MIT was founded by the MIT Sloan School
of Management to create an opportunity for leaders in their prospective fields
to collaborate with MIT on unbiased research that will shape the way the
e-business market will grow. Mr. Geiken was also a member of the board of
Rosettanet, the leading body for XML standards in the Technology industry.
Geiken received a degree in Engineering from DeVry Institute.

Tim Mann
Tim Mann is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group of Kilpatrick and
Stockton, one of the largest Law firms in the Southeast. Tim is a leader of
the firm's human capital services and investment banking practice areas and
a member of the technology team. His background includes a very unique mix
of sophisticated legal practice and practical hands-on business leadership
and investment experience. His practice focuses on securities and corporate
law with an emphasis on emerging growth companies (particularly human
capital services and technology companies), venture capital, and private
equity. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mann was a General Partner in Armada
Venture Group, LLC, an Atlanta and Zurich-based technology venture capital
fund with more than $100 million under management.

Larry Payne
Mr. Payne is currently the Director of Operations for the Southeastern
United States for Cisco Systems, Inc. He has responsibility for Sales
and Operations for in the Commercial Market Segment. He has been with
Cisco for ten years and has held various Sales Management positions in
the Southeast and is based in Atlanta, GA. He has had responsibility for
Sales in Cisco's Enterprise as well as Service Provider Segments and has
worked closely with Channel Partners, as well as end user customers.
Before coming to Cisco in 1995, Mr. Payne worked for Newport Systems,
Inc. and Combinet, Inc., two technology start up companies that
were acquired by Cisco. Before that he worked for Micom Communications
in Sales and Engineering. He began his career as a Network Engineer for
Contel Corporation.
Mr. Payne has a B.S. in Engineering Management with a Mechanical
Engineering preference from the Univ. of Missouri - Rolla.

Steve Vesce
In 1985, after serving as President, and turning around the performance of
the U.S. Division of biS, S.A. one of the largest staffing service companies
in the world, Steve founded Leafstone, Inc. and Leafstone Information
Technology, Inc. In 1987, he invented the first, and award winning staffing
management PC application to manage staffing transactions for the Fortune 1000.
Leafstone grew to operate in 13 states and London, England, while Leafstone
Information Technology built and leveraged a network of 26 distributors and
direct sales efforts to license more than 200 corporations to use its software
systems in the U.S., U.K. and Japan.
In October 1999, he founded White Amber, Inc, and over the next 3 years served
as its CEO, Chairman, and Board Member. Since the company's launch in February
2000, White Amber quickly became recognized as one of the leading supplier-neutral,
web-based software applications and contingent workforce management solutions.
Under Steve's direction, White Amber provided its web-based staffing management
solution to such clients as Xerox, JPMorganChase, CapOne, and KPMG among others.
White Amber recently merged with RecruitSoft.
Additionally, during his career, Steve has consulted to such institutions as
Morgan Stanley, Bankers Trust, Exxon, IBM, Young & Rubicam, Prentice Hall, and
Merrill Lynch, among many others in multinational staffing management programs
and Human Resource Management software development. He has given more than 40
seminars to major U.S. businesses on using technology to more effectively
manage their Human Capital and required services
