Sirius Works have over 50 years of experience within the staffing industry
and we understand how to deliver excellent service. We are not a "high volume,
low margin body shop". Sirius Works provides customer intimate services at a
fair market prices.
We never send more that two candidates on any position opening unless the
position requirements have been modified. Any service can mine the job
boards. At Sirius Works we pride ourselves in finding that hard to find
person. We utilize proven methodologies that leverage the internet and
today's technology but our team of seasoned recruiters has not lost the
art of old fashioned direct recruiting. Utilizing the old methods of phone
calling and finding the individual who isn't looking to leave their
current position, we try and find the person who is specialized and
looking for a bright new opportunity and determine if they are the
"perfect fit".
We don't just find the right person we verify that they are the right
person. After we find a matching resume we conduct a detailed interview
with each potential candidate. While that should sound standard, you would
be hard to find recruiters who really take the time to understand each
potential candidate's full experiences and personal, professional and
financial goals. After our interview process we require that each
candidate provide us with at least 2 managerial and one pier reference
to be verified. Once again, our attention to detail makes a difference.
Each of our recruiters performs a detailed interview process that helps
us unveil all the nuances of each individual so that we can be sure they
are a brightest star. Our process is not over yet! Once a candidate has
been matched, interviewed and referenced, our recruiters have access to a
host of technical aptitude tests and pier matching resources available to
them to ensure the individuals technical strengths.
