After we find a matching resume we conduct a detailed interview with each
potential candidate. Most staffing companies have lost the art of personal
touch. Understanding the experience, personal and financial goals of each
candidate is critical. After our interview process we require that each
candidate provide us with at least 2 managerial and one peer reference to
be checked. Once again, our attention to detail makes a difference. Each
of our recruiters performs a detailed interview process that helps us
unveil all the nuances of each individual so that we can be sure they
are a brightest star. Our process is not over yet! Once a candidate has
been matched, interviewed and referenced, our recruiters have access to
a host of technical aptitude tests and pier matching resources available
to them to ensure the individuals technical strengths.
