Contract-to-Hire

Sometimes philosophies differ and "try before your hire" makes the most sense. Sirius Works offers our clients an opportunity to have us identify candidates who will start off as an hourly consultant before converting to a full-time employee of your firm. Sirius Works makes the transition easy and affordable. After only 1000 hours of billable time, your company can convert the consultant to your organization as the employer of record without incurring any additional costs.

Contract-to-hire provides the following advantages:

    • Full-time hiring typically has a large (25% of starting salary) fee associated to the placement. This requires laying out a large upfront fee. Extend the payments out over the 1000 hours and preserve cash.

Contingency Search:

Sirius Works provides the expertise and thoroughness of an executive search firm on a contingent-fee basis. Our seasoned recruiters have a unique method to locate, identify, and recruit the best talent the IT universe has to offer. Sirius Works interviews all our candidates in person and conducts extensive reference checks to verify the quality of each candidate. Upon request, we will test and validate your candidates' IT skills. We then follow that up with our unconditional 90 day guarantees.

Container Search:

Want some exclusive focus? Our company offers a valuable service for when you need to identify that specific expert or have large groups of hiring to fulfill. Sirius Works will work a program that combines the commitment and research of a retain search with the cost efficiencies of a contingency search. Sirius works will negotiate an upfront kickoff fee to set marketing and research work to be done upfront. Then, armed with that information, we'll go to work and find the brightest stars to meet your needs. Upon hire you pay a backend fee for the results and only for the results.
